Silverware

This is a stunning art deco silver plated pressed tin oval comport. The photo makes it look more round than it is....it's dimensions are: 29 cms x 24 cms x 8 cms (high). This is a quality piece of silverware.

A super turin with glass dish and cover. In need of a good clean and polish. I cleaned on spot on the lid to give you an idea of what it can look like. It measures 33 cms x 21 cms x 11 cms high (top of handle). The metal ware is made by Visa Silverplate and the glass dish inside says "made in USA Ovenware"....You could cook the veges or whatever in the glass dish and serve in the turin.

Yet another stunning silverplate tea service, with teapot, lidded sugar bowl and creamer. I gave the lid of the sugar bowl a quick clean so you get an idea of how this will come up with a good clean. The teapot stands about 22 cms high.

A silver-plated pressed tin comport/ sweets or biscuit basket. 29 x 22 x 8.5 cmx (high), with movable handle. Some of the silver plate in the middle has lifted (not uncommon with a vintage piece) but this will be covered by the fruit or whatever. Offering it cheap. Quite ornate.

A pieced silver-plated sweets basket with handle. The tray is 26 x 18.5 x 6.5 cms. In reasonably good condition. In need of a good clean like the rest of the silver. 

A vintage decorated silver-plate serving tray or cake-plate, 29 cms diameter. Would look stunning cleaned up. This is a solid hefty item.

A fair-sized siler-plated serving plate/platter, 40 cms x 29.5 cms. Would look stunning with a polish. I quickly did one end to show you what it mat look like. Thius tray is big enough for a tea service set.

This Art Deco silver-plated serving tray has an unusual indentation...I believe it is for serving meat or a roast...and that the canals at the bottom are for the fats to run into. The dimensions of this tray are: 40 cms x 29.5 cms.The tray has good weight.
