A superb VICTORIAN hand-coloured (watercolour) photograph...The oval frame with curved glass is also quite magnificant...frames like this with the curved glass are very hard to find in good condition. The frames needs a bit of a touch up around the outside.hang this on your wall and tell people it's your great grandparents, passed on to you. 

This is a lovely little watercolour of roses....the work is of excellent quality. It is signed but a little hard to read...looks like "Karen Duray". the frame size is 34 cms x 44.5 cms. It has a lovely gilt frame in case you had not noticed. A stunning work of art...will not disappoint.

A superb VERY LARGE oil on canvas with a magnificant frame, signed "R" (I have not identified the artist as yet)...the frame size is 1.31 m wide x 1.225 m high.

This is a lovely detailed landscape painting by Demay (signed LL corner)...the view is that of Brodick Bay on the Isle of Arran, Scotland...Demay it seems has art studios in Whiting Bay, also on the Isle of Arran Scotland.

The painting is in excellent condition.

The frame size is 26 cms x 18.5 cms...a lovely small detailed painting.

This is an absolute gem.

Lander was born in Melbourne Victoria on 5th January 1892, died 1983. He lived most of his life in Perth...and Adelaide for a bit. His works is in State Galleries in Adelaide and Perth, and 13 paintings hang in Parliament House, Perth, and most country galleries in Western Australia. Landers won the Hotchin Prize twice, the Bunbury Prize twice, the Bussleton Prize once. Ehe entered 8 Shire Council Competitions in Western Australia and won all 8. He has had exhibitions in Perth, Brisbane, London and the USA.

The painting is in excellent condition.

The size of the painting is 18.8 cms x 14.3 cms...frame size is 28 cms x 25.5 cms.

It doesn't say what the subject is but I believe it to be of the Swan Valley or Toodyay Valley, a favourite subject of Lander.

I do not know when the painting was done...not dated...probably in the 1960s or 1970s when artists in Perth went to the Swan/Toodyay Valley to paint.

It looks like it was recently reframed in this lovely classy gilt frame, which really enhances the painting.

Landers is a listed Australian master.

A lovely large framed and glazed watercolour signed by R. Hartzell....obviosly an Australian landscape. The frame size of the painting is 72 cms x 48.5 cms. It is in very good condition.
