This is an old Japanese (says MADE IN JAPAN) wind-up rabbit in a basket.

When wound up it shakes the shakes the rattles and bounces around.

In very good condition. Stands about 14 cms tall.

This is a fabulous little toy...a wind-up monkey playing a drum...as it plays it rocks from side to side...great little present for someone. I have mo idae if its age or origin...suspect might be Japanese...stands 12.5 cms tall...a real blast...a little cutie.

This is a 19th century Victorian cribbage board, made of mahogany with brass inlay...the underside is also lined with some material (I believe this is the original material) to stop it sliding and from scratching your table. As you can see from the photos the barss is inlaid witha twisted rope effect.

The dimensions of the cribbage board are 29 cms x 9 cms x 1.75 cms (or 11 1/2" x 3 1/2" x ~3/4").

The cribbage board is in very good condition and exhibits lots of patina and character.

This is a 19th century Victorian bone and ebony dominoes set in a lovely dove-tailed wooden box with a sliding lid...in very original condition with patina and character.

The size of the box is 18 x 6 x 4.5 cms. The dominoes are of size 4.5 cms x 2.25 cms x 0.6 cms. The dominoes are made of ebony wood and bone...there is also a small brass stud in each dominoe in the centre. i am pretty certain that it is bone and not ivory.

A lovely little tinplate 1950s cash register made by Aster. As you hit the keys the total appears in the top window like a real cash register. To open the till you push the black button and the drawer flings out while making a ring sound. In excellent condiotion overall.

This is a vintage robotic Japanese doll made by Kanto Toys.....the body and head are made of a hardish rubbery plastic, while the legs are made of tin.

When you wind up the doll it walks...and stays upright. The doll also has an on-off switch...all working properly. The doll has feet/shoes which you typically find on Japanese tin toy robots....I have one for sale elsewhere. I do not know how old the doll is but I would guess it is from the 1950s or 1960s. On the back of the doll it says: KANTO TOYS (in a circle), Made in Japan (it also says this on back of head).

The doll appears to have glass eyes with detailed irises and eyelashes. The doll has a few minor marks here and there (consistent with age) but is generally in very good condition. The doll is about 28 cms long.
